Cancellation Policy

Customers are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes before their appointment to complete a consultation form, as late arrivals may result in shortened treatments or full charges if the appointment cannot be accommodated. Cancellations made with at least 12 hours' notice will receive full credit, while no-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable. Clients should disclose any relevant medical conditions, including high blood pressure, diabetes, pregnancy, or heart conditions, before booking, as some treatments may not be suitable. The business reserves the right to refuse treatment if a client's health condition makes treatment unsafe, with no refund in such cases. Payment is accepted by cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit card. Treatments are available only to customers aged 18 and over. Gift vouchers are valid for six months, are non-refundable, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and may only be redeemed for massage treatments.
